Shop Buy Save Conditions of Sale
By making a purchase from Shop Buy Save you enter into the following agreement. By making a purchase you acknowledge that you agree to all terms and conditions contained within this agreement or stated elsewhere on this website where they are applicable to your purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed through an alternative arrangement, no purchase is considered final until all products and applicable postage costs have been payed for. If for example items placed into a shopping cart are not considered purchases until such time as they have been paid for.
Where an agreement has been made that payment will be forthcoming after the final sale, a purchase is considered finalised once this arrangement has been agreed to to by all parties.
This agreement applies to items we have in stock, items that are on back order or items sold as a pre order.
Once you have agreed to these terms and conditions the sale is final and no refunds will be given due to change of mind or buyer remorse. Shop Buy Save may at our discretion offer store credit toward an alternative purchase where goods have not yet been sent or at our discretion where goods have been returned in the same condition that they were sent.
Shop Buy Save may at our discretion allows additional purchases to be added to orders where the original order has not yet been sent.
Prices are set in Australian Dollars and the charges will almost always be different in your local currency. if you use a different currency to make payment.
Sometimes a product advertised as available and may turn out to be unavailable. This may be due to different quantities on hand from what was anticipated, due to stock being damaged or because of other circumstances. In such situations you will be notified and offered your choice of a complete refund, alternate item or store credit.
Once you have received your purchase please contact us as soon as possible should there be anything wrong with your items.
Should there be a mistake with what has been sent, we will endeavour to correct this in a timely manner after you have brought this to our attention. We may require that you provide documentation and that we have received the returned goods from you.
Once an order has been sent we may not accept any direct responsibility for the transport, but will assist you in obtaining a suitable outcome where applicable. Should items become lost or damaged during transport you should contact us as soon as possible after you become aware of transport damage or if you feel the goods have not been received three days after the expected arrival day. There may be limited cover offered by Australia Post or the transit provider that your order was allocated to. The transport company may not accept any liability unless insurance has been paid for at the time of purchase. Smaller items may be sent in envelopes where no tracking is made available.
Should an item not meet its expectations because it was faulty or does not match the description you are entitled to your choice of a repair refund or exchange. In a lot of cases with the type of products we sell, repair may not be possible or no stock might be available. In these circumstances only a refund can be provided. In many circumstances you are entitled to contact the manufacturer instead of approaching Shop Buy Save to resolve your product return problems. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise decided at our digression.
Change of mind returns are generally not accepted though at our digression we may make exceptions to this policy.
Sometimes you may purchase an item that is sold in a package or as an offer where you can't tell which variant you will receive. You may receive the particular variant you were hoping for but it's quality is unacceptable. In this instance we are still available to offer an exchange or refund but we cannot guarantee the same variant will be contained and it is unlikely that it will be. In this circumstance you may be able to approach the manufacturer to supply you with the same variant. This will not always be the case but some manufacturers are open to this solution.
